2. Information, not advice

All content on this website, including automated reports, AI answers, comparisons, checklists and calculators, is general information for research purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance, medical, engineering, mechanical, valuation or immigration advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

You must verify anything material on the relevant official Portuguese government or institutional website, or with a licensed professional, before making a decision, payment, signature or commitment. Our AI Disclaimer and Service Disclaimer form part of these terms.

3. Eligibility and your account of the facts

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. The quality of any output depends on what you submit: you are responsible for the accuracy of the links, text and details you provide, and for the legality of submitting them.

4. Permitted use

• Use the website for your own personal research, or for the internal purposes of your business.
• Do not use it to provide advice to third parties as if it were professional advice, or to present our output as your own professional work product.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or that contains other people's personal data you have no right to share.
• Do not attempt to circumvent technical limits, scrape the website at scale, overload our systems, reverse engineer our prompts, or use automated means to extract our content.
• Do not use the website to develop a competing dataset or model, or to resell our automated reports as a standalone product.

5. Automated listing analysis

When you submit a listing link, our systems request that public page and analyse the content they are able to read, together with any text you paste and any notes you add. Some websites block automated reading; in that case you can paste the listing text yourself, and the report will say that the page could not be read automatically.

Reports are produced automatically and are never a valuation, survey, title investigation, legal due diligence or mechanical inspection. We do not verify the truthfulness of a third-party listing and we never state that a property or vehicle is a good or bad purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a third-party listing complies with that website's own terms.

6. Paid services

Where a service is offered for a fee, the price, scope and delivery method are stated at the point of purchase and those details prevail over general descriptions elsewhere on the website.

As a consumer in the European Union you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for services bought at a distance. Where you ask for an automated report to be generated immediately and it is delivered in full during that period, that right may be lost once performance is complete, and you will be asked to acknowledge this before purchase.

We may decline or refund a request that falls outside the stated scope, cannot be analysed, or appears unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its design, text, structure, tools and prompts are owned by Portugal Decide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may keep, print and share a report generated for you for your own decision-making purposes.

You may not republish our content commercially, or copy substantial parts of the website, without our written permission.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the website available but provide it on an "as available" basis. Features, content and prices may change, and tools may be suspended for maintenance or withdrawn.

Our AI features depend on third-party model providers. Interruption, capacity limits or errors in those services can prevent a report from being generated.

9. Third-party websites

We link to official institutions and other websites so you can verify information yourself. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy or practices. We do not use affiliate links.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss, and for loss of profit, opportunity, savings or data, arising from use of this website or reliance on its content.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any right you have under mandatory Portuguese or European Union consumer law.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including data sent to AI model providers, and your rights under the GDPR. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes fall to the competent Portuguese courts, without prejudice to any right you have as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence or to use consumer alternative dispute resolution.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
