3. Limits of our reports and tools

Our automated Property Check and Car Check reports are produced from the listing content and the details you supply. They are not a valuation, survey, structural or legal due-diligence report, title investigation, or mechanical inspection, and they do not verify the accuracy or honesty of a third-party listing.

We never state that a specific property or vehicle is a good or bad purchase, and we give no opinion on price fairness, investment merit or the condition of any asset.

Our health content explains how the public system and private products work in general terms. It never recommends a product, and cover is determined exclusively by the policy conditions issued by the insurer.

4. Always verify with the official source

Requirements, taxes, fees, deadlines and document lists in Portugal change and vary by situation, municipality and region. Before you act, you must confirm anything material on the relevant official Portuguese government or institutional website, or with a licensed professional.
